Hotel O Pink - Chennai

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it easy to access various tourist spots. the staff was friendly and welcoming. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities provided were satisfactory. There was a complimentary breakfast which was a decent spread, and Wi-Fi was available throughout the hotel.

The hotel did not have a lift, which made it difficult to move around for those with mobility issues. the noise from the traffic outside can be a bit disturbing at night.

Location almost opposite a big mall made it convenient for me to go shopping. The staff was friendly and cooperative. The room had a comfortable bed and extra pillows which was a nice touch.

All was perfect.

Secondly, the staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, always going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. Thirdly, despite being located in a rather seedy area, the hotel is conveniently situated close to various attractions and transportation options. Lastly, the basic amenities provided are top-notch, from the well-maintained rooms to the delicious breakfast spread.

Located in a rather seedy area, Hotel X offered surprisingly clean rooms and bathrooms with no patchy walls. It was almost opposite the Express Avenue mall. the staff was accommodating, which made our stay pleasant. Though they didn't provide breakfast and the view wasn't much, there were a few good facilities such as air conditioning and free Wi-Fi available.

The service could be improved with faster check-in and quicker response to requests.
